Concepts in developmental biology

The course covers core concepts in developmental biology, taking a philosophical rather than descriptive approach to examine developmental processes from an engineering, biomechanical, or systems biology perspective. Key experimental strategies, both current and historical, employed to address questions about these processes will also be discussed.
