In case you are working with a Wiki intended for a limited number of people to view, for example as an internal project management tool, and you access the wiki from a public computer, you can do one of the following:

The easiest way is to just close all browser windows. This will terminate the session and you will be logged out. It is important that all browser windows are closed for this to work, not just the one that you used to browse this web with.

Another way is to clear the browser:

Safari: In the Safari menu, choose Reset Safari. This will close any browser windows and remove any cookies or history.

Internet Explorer: In the Tools menu, choose Internet Options. On the General tab, under Temporary Internet files, choose Delete Files, and then Delete Cookies. Under History, choose Clear History.

Make also sure that the browser does not store any passwords
